Anil Thomas

Anil Thomas has the responsibility for business transformation across region UK and Ireland at Olympus Med Tech organisation. In his current role, he leads the regional strategy and transformational activities, heads the region wide project portfolio which enables the business transformation across the commercial and operational activities. Prior to his current role, he has held various strategic and operational roles in Siemens industrial business within manufacturing and engineering focusing on Advanced manufacturing innovation activities, Lean digital transformation, Operational excellence and Global manufacturing footprint programs. In the past Anil has also worked within Aerospace and Machine Building  businesses in UK, United Arab Emirates and India. Anil’s passion lies in transforming organisations at both strategic and operational levels to prepare them for tomorrows challenges.
