Ioana Hera

Ioana is a Lean, Continuous Improvement and Human Resources leader with experience in manufacturing (automotive and aerospace) with both a local and international focus, single and multi-site. Iona is a rounded business leader, with hands-on experience in operations, programmes and finance. Her specialties include continuous improvement, lean, six sigma (Six Sigma Greenbelt, experienced Lean Practitioner) in both manufacturing and business processes. Iona also has experience in human resources including employee development, talent management and generalist experience.
