In the last ten years, I have helped to take our family business Carrs Pasties Ltd – a successful food manufacturing company – from a turnover of £2m to a £8m, whilst improving the top and bottom lines, and have committed to a high growth strategy to more than double in the next three years.  Our high growth journey hasn’t been easy, but with my background in technology and with leadership roles in other manufacturing companies, I am proud of the value I have offered and have now returned to technology consultancy with a few stories to tell from the “real world”.
