She has over 15 years experience in the Life Sciences industry, and her career highlights include managing teams of up to 150 people, managing $multi-million corporate IT programmes and P&L consulting budgets, and being the trusted advisor for legal and compliance for a FTSE 10 client. Tracy recently completed an MA in Philosophy and Artificial Intelligence.
